  The artisan memorials team and particularly Megan were absolutely fantastic with our very fussy needs from start to finish. They really helped make what is an incredibly difficult time all the much easier with patience and understanding, nothing was too much trouble. From searching for 'just the right stone' to advocating on our behalf with our local council, Megan was just the person we needed, and Mark did an absolutely amazing job on the carving and preparation.   I honestly cannot recommend this memorial company enough. The communication throughout the whole process was exceptional, and the care, support and service they provided made what can be a very difficult and emotional journey so much easier.

The headstone has turned out absolutely beautiful, exactly as I had imagined it, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result.

  Exceptionally good in every respect. Delivered beyond my expectations, and were not only incredibly helpful with suggestions with stone type and design, they communicated perfectly, updating with photos. They managed the entire process seamlessly, dealing with the church and the council. Nothing was too much trouble.
