Using Google Analytics we can take account of which content is popular, helping us to provide you with informative materials which you will find useful. This data is automatically deleted after 1 year and 4 months.

Google Analytics Advertiser

We use Google Analytics Advertiser Features, which helps us to better understand site visitors, via anonymised data. This includes information from:

We use DoubleClick cookies and remarketing codes on our website to record user activity. The information we collect allows us to create targeted advertising in future work and across Google’s network of partners. DoubleClick data lasts for a maximum of 13 months.

Artisan Memorials keeps personal data for Legitimate Interest for up to 2 years for the purposes described above. We may keep data for up to 3 years to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. We then request permission to retain personal data. Data that we do not hold permission to retain will then be securely deleted or anonymised.

You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise your right to access or delete your data, please complete our Privacy Request Form. To exercise your right to rectify incorrect data, please complete our Update My Data Form . If you wish to restrict the use of your data, object to us processing your data, or limit data portability, please contact us directly on Info@artisan-memorials.co.uk using the subject line to state your type of privacy request (e.g. Please restrict the use of my data).

We aim to respond to simple request within 1 calendar month of the date we received the request, or if submitted on a weekend or bank holiday, 1 calendar month from the first working day after the submission. For more complex requests, more time may be required. We will notify you if we require further time for your request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
