Creating a memorial for my parents has been a heartwarming experience with Artisan Memorials. From first enquiry through the design process and the administrative tasks around it, the service from David and Megan has been exceptionally human! The craftsmanship of the memorial has been a joy to behold and communication at all stages second to none. Thank you to all the team at Artisan Memorials for making this such a welcome customer experience.

The artisan memorials team and particularly Megan were absolutely fantastic with our very fussy needs from start to finish. They really helped make what is an incredibly difficult time all the much easier with patience and understanding, nothing was too much trouble. From searching for 'just the right stone' to advocating on our behalf with our local council, Megan was just the person we needed, and Mark did an absolutely amazing job on the carving and preparation. As much as we hope to never have to need them again, if we do need another memorial, we will be coming back to them without a second thought.

I honestly cannot recommend this memorial company enough. The communication throughout the whole process was exceptional, and the care, support and service they provided made what can be a very difficult and emotional journey so much easier.

The headstone has turned out absolutely beautiful, exactly as I had imagined it, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a memorial for their loved one.

Exceptionally good in every respect. Delivered beyond my expectations, and were not only incredibly helpful with suggestions with stone type and design, they communicated perfectly, updating with photos. They managed the entire process seamlessly, dealing with the church and the council. Nothing was too much trouble. Despite a short window, they delivered and fitted my grandmother's stone in time.

Artisan Memorials were so kind and helpful when we needed a headstone for our parents' grave. Megan and the team were incredibly patient in helping us come up with a final design and communication was excellent. We really are very pleased with the finished headstone which is unique and beautiful.

I cannot express enough my gratitude to the whole team at Artisan. It has taken me over a decade to finally get a headstone for my loved one’s grave. I am so glad I found Artisan, they absolutely understood what I wanted. They were patience personified as the family discussed minute details of wording, typeface and layout. Their expertise, enthusiasm and craftsmanship was so uplifting during an emotional journey. Thankyou.
